  Gnocchi & garganelli paddle, made of one piece solid hardwood. This is a much more durable option than the generic factory made paddles that are prone to breaking at the handle and splintering over prolonged use. Every board is hand sanded & polished with care & love, one at a time.

- Gnocchi Paddle Care Instructions:
  
  ~Avoid Washing, Let excess sticky dough dry and flake off.
  
  If Necessary, use damp cloth to clean by hand. DO NOT put in dishwasher.
  
  ~This board is finished with a blend of mineral oil and bees wax. Over time it will dull and dry.
  
  To re-finish, apply light coats of fresh mineral oil using a cloth or paper towel.
  
  Let to hang dry overnight. Apply again if necessary.
