The Fusionchef canister clamp gives you a handy and stable way to hold your iSi Gourmet Whippers (our item number B939) in sous vide baths. The clamp can be easily installed at two different heights in Fusionchef bath sizes XS to XL or in its own vessel. The spring-loaded holder keeps the bottle stable at all times making sure your foamed products are hot and ready to serve.
