      Retaining grids are the essential accessory for your fusionchef bath system. They are designed to prevent product from floating to the surface and keep vacuum-sealed bags immersed at all times. This ensures uniform cooking of the food from beginning to end of the cooking process. To use, simply snap the grids into place at the edges of the bath.
