Elveo Spatula with Thermometer
This high heat silicone spatula is two tools in one. Use it to mix products and thoroughly scrape the bottom of containers like a traditional high heat spatula with the added feature of a removable thermometer. Great for agitating melting chocolate in the bain-marie, or dipping machine, while looking at the temperature with the same tool.
The body is constructed of Exoglass, which is heat resistant to 392 °F (200 °C), and fitted with a heat resistant silicone head. The removable thermometer has a temperature range of -4 to 392 °F (-20 to +200 °C).
