These reusable, ultra fine bags style sieves are flexible giving them the advantage of fitting in a variety of different size vessels. The collar coded band makes them easy to distinguish. They are heat-resistant up to 425 °F making them excellent for straining consommés, stocks, and infusions.
Reduce waste and save time by eliminating the need to skim stocks and sauces. This bag have ultra fine micron ratings that will yield a clean and refined end product.
