TrueCooks Knife Roll Tactical Equipment Carrier
Former Executive Chef and True Cooks founder, Chad Minton, has come strong for the fall season with a limited run tool carrying rolls. This combo of a 6 pocket knife roll and service pack, aka TEC (Tactical Equipment Carrier), is military inspired and designed for the cook who wants a flexible solution for carrying personal tools. The chef knife roll and removable service pack are made from high grade ballistic nylon with all of the straps triple stitched reinforced to survive the rigors of kitchen life.
The roll is outfitted with exterior elastic compression cords at the base. They can be used to hold all types of gear- soiled aprons, side towels, chef jacket, etc. The TEC comes with an adjustable padded shoulder strap and the versatile service pack. You can leave the pack attached to the roll or keep it with you. Stash your phone, recipe book, small hand tools, and other valuables. TrueCooks is the creation of Chad Minton. A 25-year kitchen veteran, Chad was most recently Executive Chef of the historic Highlands Inn, Carmel California. Prior to that Chad served as Executive Chef at the ultra-chic Andaz 5th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan and Ritz-Carlton in Los Angeles. Chad is also the creative force behind TrueCooks and creates and designs everything for the brand. He credits a lifetime of mincing shallots as his inspiration for the line and preaches the qualities of "Humility, dedication and sacrifice" as keys to success in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
