Pasta Board Set
A versatile set for making all kinds of handmade pasta. Made from solid maple or beech wood, each set contains 1 double sided pasta board. One side with a rolled column, perfect for trofie, malloreddus, capunti and more. The back side has a traditional gnocchi board pattern, use for gnocchi, garganelli & rigatoni.
Finished with mineral oil & a home made blend of natural bees and carnauba wax.
These are made from real wood, no two will be identical.
- Board dimensions - 5" wide x 9" high x 1" thick
- 4 matching rolling pins from 1/4"-1" diameter

- In-stock orders requesting expedited shipping will be shipped on the same day if received by 2:00 pm eastern time.
- In-stock orders requesting expedited shipping received after 2:00 pm eastern time will be shipped on the next business day (Monday through Friday).

Pasta Board Set Care Instructions:
~Avoid Washing. DO NOT put in dishwasher or soak. Allow excess or sticky dough to dry and flake off. If necessary, use a damp cloth.
~Wood will naturally want to curve, the best way to keep your Pins straight, is to use them!
~Board and Pins are finished with food grade Mineral oil and beeswax, Over time it will dull and dry. To re-finish, apply light coats of fresh mineral oil using a cloth or paper towel. Let hang to dry overnight. Apply again if needed.
