Suitable for contact with any food in the following conditions:
- Freezing or cooling.
- 10 days at 104°F (40 °C).
- With warm food up to 104 °F (70 °C) for two (2) hours or up to 212 °F (100 °C) for a maximum of 15 minutes not followed by prolonged storage at room or cooling temperature.
