This tool is made from a heat resistant nylon that can withstand temperatures up to 428 °F (220 °C). Its ergonomic handle has a notched top to help prevent it from sliding into pans. It also has a hole for hanging and storage. A great value and excellent option for use on nonstick surfaces and buffet service.
