  This ceramic knife sharpener is constructed of high performance ceramic and align the knife edge as it sharpens. Using a ceramic rod to hone increases cutting efficiency of the knife and reduces the frequency of sharpening which in turn increases the knife's overall life span. The ergonomic nylon handle features a hand guard for extra safety when in use and a ring for storage when not assisting in the kitchen.
