Ring Molds

Ring molds are used for shaping baked goods. Rings are different from pans, as they are open at the top and bottom and just hold the dough in place from the outside. Use ring molds when baking to get the dough to set a certain way. We offer many types of ring molds used for assorted pastries, in shapes including square rings, oblong rings, rectangular rings, circular rings, and more abstract patterns.

Flan rings are generally the shortest ring molds, as flans are short desserts. Tart rings and entremet rings are next. Cake rings are available in many different sizes, making it easy to design and arrange your cake layers.

 Some pastry rings are available perforated. This design allows for evenly-baked products with uniform browning.
