Master chocolatier Massimo Carnio, has created this innovative 3D polycarbonate mold in the shape of bite-size fruit. Easy to decorate with different techniques, it is easily filled and extracted. The 3-piece magnetic construction has the added benefit of a flat base plate to scrape and clean making the mold easier to use. Designed to allow optimal chocolate crystallization and mold release; this bon bon can be created with thin walls and filled for the ultimate chocolate and fruit experience.

Care of Polycarbonate Molds
Before use, these molds should be carefully cleaned in warm or hot water with mild soap. Do not use a detergent or soap that contains abrasives. You can put these molds in the dishwasher, including a commercial dishwasher, but must not be used with detergent. The detergent contains abrasives that will scratch the plastic. After washing, can be dried with a soft, lint free cloth, or cotton balls.
