Create delicious frozen treats quickly and easily with this base line commercial stainless steel ice cream machine. It makes up to two quarts of sorbet, ice cream or gelato with a batch time of approximately 15 minutes.

The self-contained unit works with a refrigerant that meets new environmental requirements. The blade and cover remove for easy cleaning; the bowl cleans with hot water and a damp sponge.
