The fusionchef™ Pearl Z thermal circulator has the same features of the Pearl with the added benefit of the extendable bridge mounting bracket. This German-engineered immersion circulator is built to last with durability and accuracy in mind. The Pearl Z thermal circulator for sous vide cooking guarantees temperature stability of ±0.05 °F (±0.03 °C) in vessels up to 60 quarts. The integrated protection grid prevents potential issues like vacuum pouches obstructing the heating element and water pump. The enhanced circulating pump ensures even distribution of water and temperature stability. The integrated timer allows for easy monitoring of cooking time, helping chefs to achieve their desired results.

The extendable arms of the Pearl Z offer a more efficient way to mount this tried-and-true powerhouse onto a variety of vessels without the use of a clamp. The arms simply rest on the rim of the tank and are fitted with rubber knobs to prevent slipping.
