Half Sphere Mold Kit - 6 Pieces

Made of food-safe polyethylene, these chocolate sphere molds facilitate shells' preparation to cover a semifreddo or combine (thanks to the different diameters available) to create elegant and geometric showpieces.

This kit contains six separate forms:

• The first form is 3.93" in diameter.
  
• The second form is 5.11" in diameter.
  
• The third form is 5.51" in diameter.
  
• The fourth form is 5.90" in diameter.
  
• The fifth form is 6.88" in diameter.
  
• The sixth form is 7.87" in diameter.

These molds are suitable for contact with aqueous, alcoholic, and food containing free fats on the surface in the following conditions: freezing and cooling; 10 days at 40 degrees C; with warm food up to 70 degrees C for 2 hours or up to 100 degrees C for a maximum of 15 minutes not followed by prolonged storage at room or cooling temperature.
