White Nonstick Genoise Mold

A traditional circular mold which may be used for baking or freezing desserts. The outside of the mold is textured for slip resistance, and the inside is glossy for effortless product removal. Can be used in temperature ranges between -76 and +446 °F (-60 to +230°C). Made of 100% food-safe silicone.
